Whistleblowing Channel

Tech Teamz SL maintains an internal information system (whistleblowing channel) in accordance with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, which transposes EU Directive 2019/1937.

Purpose of the channel

The channel allows the confidential reporting of actions or omissions that may constitute an infringement of European Union law, or a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence, of which a person becomes aware in a work or professional context involving Tech Teamz.

Who can use it

The channel is available to employees and former employees, job candidates, self-employed workers, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors, and any person who obtains information about infringements in the context of a work or professional relationship with Tech Teamz.

How to report

Reports may be submitted, in writing or verbally, to the person responsible for the system through any of the following confidential channels:

• By post: for the attention of the person responsible for TECH TEAMZ SL’s Internal Reporting System, Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas 58, Office 711, 46015 Valencia, Spain.
• By telephone: +34 960 990 356, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Reports may be submitted in either Spanish or English, and may be made under your name or anonymously. When you identify yourself, an acknowledgement of receipt will be provided within seven days, and a response will be provided regarding the investigative actions taken within the maximum period established by law (in principle three months, extendable as permitted).

Confidentiality

The identity of the reporting person, and of any third party mentioned in the report, is kept confidential and is not disclosed to persons other than those authorised to manage and process the report. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, and is retained only for the periods permitted by Law 2/2023.

Protection against retaliation

Tech Teamz prohibits any form of retaliation against persons who report in good faith through this channel, including threats or attempts of retaliation. Making a report in accordance with the law does not constitute a breach of any duty of confidentiality.

Good faith

The channel is intended for genuine reports. Knowingly reporting false information may give rise to liability under applicable law.

External channel

Independently of this internal channel, you may report directly to the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants (Autoridad Independiente de Protección del Informante, A.A.I.) or to the corresponding regional authority, as provided by Law 2/2023.
